Bloke I worked with had some chilli in the canteen the other week, next thing he knew he was itching like a peado in Charlie Chalks, his hands came up in welts and his trip to the pharmacy for some antihystemenes was interrupted by his tongue swelling up and a 7 hour stay in ICU thanks to anaphylactic shock...

I think anaphylatic shock
