A book from 1975 about traditional chinese cooking with recipies from China and Western takeaways too. I'm so totally going to make kung pao chicken and spicy spare ribs next weekend!

I've got a couple of stir-fry cook books, and a Thai one too, but I've only ever tried one thing in them. I only started cooking stir fry a year ago...
