We get nowt either.
Not even a party anymore. No more pay rises, although they still happily pay performance bonuses to the people that don't actually need one (i.e. managers and team leaders) who get rewarded based on their staff doing all the fucking donkey work to hit targets etc.

/is not bitter at all, despite ensuring that enough projects were appraised and approved last year to spend the budget and more.
