but then I can't actually fall asleep if I'm not warm enough. I'm still pissing freezing now, mind. How're you?

I don't know why either.
I'm warm enough though. Have you done any baking today?

for a resaon which completely eludes and baffles me. Most annoying. I haven't done any baking as I am v skint and I'm worrying about this presentation - I've read some journals today and consumed an enormous amount of galaxy hazelnut and now I'm listing some stuff on ebay to raise money for Christmas presents.
It's all go go go here Jeff.

Anything nice?
Or are you trimming your DVD collection?

SELL my dvds? That's almost as bad as selling my books! (I have a ridiculous number of both) No, I'm selling clothes that are too big for me - I gave a load to charity but it seems silly to give really nice stuff away when I could potentially make a few quid back.

And I suppose selling clothes that are now too big has that double bonus of being able to reflect on that fact that they once fitted?
(, Sat 4 Dec 2010, 15:42, Reply)
it makes me very smug indeed. I've lost 4+ stone and the better part of three dress sizes, and trying on stuff that used to fit now just makes me do a little dance of skinny joy.

How did you lose the weight?
(, Sat 4 Dec 2010, 16:16, Reply)
but I'm getting there. I'd be training for a half marathon next year if a)the pavements weren't liable to kill me if I ran on them and b)if I could strictly be arsed...

'10 people think, 'I'd quite like to do that!' but they all suffer from apathy, over the course of the series, the public vote for the one they think might get round to doing something close to their original plan.'

I've already signed up for it so I'm going to look mighty fecking silly if I die half way round. I just don't fancy wrecking myself on icy pavements so haven't been out for a run for the better part of two weeks, which I imagine was more recently than you've been out for one...
