Where my mate lives in Essex this guy had spent 2 years and a lot of money building his own house. On the day of the 'unveiling' when everything had been completed and moved in he went out for a posh dinner with his family. Came back to find his house burnt to the ground - 2 years of work, everything he owned, and his family had nout but suits!
