Question of the Week suggestions
Each week we ask a question. The idea is to generate material that's:
* interesting to read, i.e. we won't get bored of reading the answers after about 10 of them
* not been asked on this site before
* fun to answer
What would you like to ask? (We've left this question open - so feel free to drop in ideas anytime.)

Can't do it to save my life
Everyone loves to brag about what they can do, but what about those infuriating little things that you just can't do?
I'm tone deaf and can't hold a tune to save my life (see what i did there?)so my friends have banned me from singing. Ever. Even in the shower. Gits.

Same
But I led the (rather large) school orchestra for a long period of time. I'm a violinist. The fact that I led it when half the time I was making it up gives you an idea of what the rest of them were like. Generally we let the flutes do the hard work - they could actually play more than two notes in succession. If the flutes weren't playing, we pretended we had a rest, and stopped too. The conductor loved us...

Ooh that's a good one!
My friend can't butter toast. No matter how much she tries, it always results in either mounds of butter at one side with a dry wasteland on the other or evenly buttered toast...with lots of holes in it.

Soldering
I cannot solder for the life of me.
Not even two, already prepared, wires. Just.Can't.Do.It.
My, somewhat drug addled friend of mine (who after many, many years of abuse is somewhat of a dunce these days), can solder like a bloody machine.
P*ssed me right off.
