Lock insWith the days of 24 hour drinking, fighting and fucking in the street the days of the Lock In are, on the whole, gone.
Tell us about your Lock In memories.
I had a Lock In at a bar I worked in. There were about 10 of us and we drank ALL the spirits.

Lockins still happen..a couple of pubs in my town (very small town) have them just so people can smoke inside. They don't want to extend their official opening hours - just let the regulars smoke. Shame those regulars turned out to be BNP cuntbags or I'd still be sharing their company.
Also, many rural pubs round here stay open till whenever they feel like it and let regulars smoke after-hours. The police are unlikely to give a flying fuck.

Best lockin....was when I worked as a barman. About 6 of us stayed after hours. The nubile 19 year-old bar girl accepted 2p to strip off and run round naked screaming. Everyone joined in on a series of rousing rendition's of Ronan Keating's Life is a rollercoaster. The landlord got stoned and passed out in the lounge. I rode my bike back at 4am and went head first into a bush having forgotten to put the lights on.
