Actually yesI had a giant allergic reaction when I was 5. Temperature over 104F was not a good start but I was rushed to the GP when my face swelled up like a balloon and my throat started to close.
One painful injection in the arse later I was lead back into the waiting room. A rather large lady said "Oh, so he's not a mongoloid then".
Oh so sadly a true story.
