That sounds likea Roald Dahl short story. A woman used a frozen leg of lamb to beat her demonic husband to death, then ate the murder weapon. Unfortunately the name of the story escapes me...

I remember this storybut didn't think it was Roald Dahl. I remember we had to write a monologue from the point of view of one of the characters in GCSE english.
I chose the victim.
I believe that she fed the leg of lamb to the investigating police officers or something...

Yes yes yesit was indeed Roald Dahl, and it was called 'Lamb to the Slaughter'. It's in one of his short stories (for adults) collections. And yes, GCSE English alerted me to it, back in the day.
