This is a question Racist grandparents

It Came From Planet Aylia says: "My husband's mad Auntie Joan accused the man seven doors down of stealing her milk as he was the first black neighbour she had. She doesn't even get her milk delivered." Tell us about casual racism from oldies.

Thanks to Brayn Dedd who suggested this too

I only buy fair-trade chocolate, tea etc. and I get almost all consumer goods second hand
...and when I set up a cafe, I made sure the ingredients were as ethically sourced as possible, with no GM, Israeli, animal products etc etc.

You're making sweeping generalisations about everybody without actually knowing what we buy. I consider myself an ethical shopper, but it can be bloody hard to get accurate info on absolutely everything, especially with all the greenwash around.

It can also be difficult to influence people to follow your example if you come across as self-righteous. Just saying.

Apparently their exports of porcine produce is huge due to the low domestic market.
