Johnny Who?A friend from school i used to catch the train with on my way to Uni used to work for Virgin promotions in Sydney. Anyways, she was a bit of a country girl...she says one day "Listen to this"...i say...hey sounds like Elvis Costello...she says "It's this new guy called Lennie Kravitz...he's going to have a hit song"....this was in about 1989!
On another note she went out for dinner and asked me if i knew a guy by the name of John Lydon, she and the other promotions staff went out for dinner with him when he was on tour..i said "yeah...don't you know him...he's kind of famous..a bit"...She said he was lovely and very polite...I didn't ask if he tried to Gob on anyone.
