Cancel all your direct debits.You'll then get a lot of letters from providers of various services and can easily decide which ones to keep, whilst the others will cancel themselves.
I saved £3 a month, this way. In 10 years, I might get some cocaine, or a hooker.

Actually,this reminds me.
My daughter pestered us to sponsor a panda, which cost £3/month.
We did it, she got the poster and all that bollocks, then after 3 months I cancelled the debit. She still thinks ping-ling is basking in eucalyptus glory though.
