If I've eaten before I go shopping then I don't buy ANYTHING!I wander round not picking stuff up cos I'm full so I end up with half the shopping I actually need. My problem is I can't look past the present. I almost see myself in the future as someone else and if I don't do something now it becomes his (future me's) problem

Alternatively, do what most people seem to think is acceptable nowand walk around the store, quite openly eating food from the counters before stuffing the wrappers down the back of a shelf somewhere and walking out without paying.
