This is a question Schadenfreude

There's nothing like administering first aid to cyclist who has just spanged into the back of a milk float when you have tears of laughter running down your face. The world is just one long episode of You've Been Framed - when have you laughed at the misfortune of others?

That really is
an incredibly accurate description of a 'fly-away', as I used to call them.

thats what
the other guy said!? maybe i should patent the description?

Yea we used to call them fly-aways aswell.
Maybe a Northern thing?

Although at my school giving someone a lift on a bike was called a croggy, and everybody in the surrounding towns called it a tan.

I
am northern lol, or you mean you're not......

a lift on a bike was a "backer", leaving someone some of your chocolate/pop was "ebbs" and when you had a haircut you got a "fuggy crack".

ah good times

I'm from the Midlands
There fore I'm NOT northern, despite what certain people say. I call it a flyaway, and lift on a bike is a backie, or a backer.

I realise that someone already commented on your description
I just wanted to state my agreement - it gave me a bit of a giggle when I read the hurricane thing, and the fact they NEVER go where you try to kick them.

Maradona and Eusebio's
fusball lovechild could not control one of these double hard bastards....

i once put one through my mams kitchen window, somehow it defied its own laws of physics and still had some momentum left after a few feet of flying. My brother and I were more amazed than shocked/scared
