School Assemblies
Our school assemblies were often presided over by the local vicar, who once warned us of the dreadful dangers of mixing with "Rods and Mockers". One of the cool teachers laughed. Tell us about mad headteachers and assemblies gone wrong.

Playing with matches is great fun!
Our favourite game was to skateboard around a car park or playground striking matches on our grip-tape and throwing them at each other. It was especially fun in the dark because you could see the matches better.

We used to flick then of the box, so that they'd light and arc through the air.
Every bit as riveting as it sounds, I can assure you. Especially since we only every flicked them at walls, into damp grass.
