...which sucks.

I am a self proclaimed administrative genius. I took what used to take weeks down to a 3 minute job. I managed to streamline major processes and save hundreds of thousands of bucks.

Yet do you think in South Africa I could get another job as an administrator? Not a fuck. unless I wear a skirt i have zero chance.

Seems like people are more concerned with how an administrator looks than how the job gets done.

I have found that with office work in general
managers tend to be men, and all they want to employ is dizzy 18 year old girls with a nice pair of tits.

This is true.
When I was on the dole last year I'd ring round trying absolutely everything, and whenever I went for an office job I'd routinely be discouraged even from applying, despite having good administrative and IT skills. The fact that I was male and spoke like someone relatively local only counted against me.
