My Missus bought some cushions for our bed. They small firm little feckers that don't even look comfy.
What is the first thing we do before we get into bed? Throw the bastards on the floor.
To this day, I honestly do not understand.

Cushions, on the other hand, make great pillows when you want to sprawl out after dinner and mong in front of the telly for a bit.
Except you can't do this if there's a woman about. It's messy, apparently.
