They left out the details (thankfully).In school, they didn't tell us boys anything about what the womenfolk go through once a month. We went to the library where we were told about wet dreams (that's another post) while the girls watched a movie.
So I figured that a "period" was called that because it was short, one dot, and that was the end of it.
Just *squirt* and you're done.
Every woman I've told that to has wished beyond hope that this was the case.
