So how do youtell a woman she has hygiene issues that result in you not wanting to go down on her, because she's smelly and tastes funny? If you come right out and say it she'll be crushed and self-conscious for life. If you don't want to stomp her feelings, how do you tell her?

Not exactly my area of expertise...but whenever I come across (fnarr fnarr) a chap with, er, "hygiene issues", I don't generally make an issue of it. Just guide him to the shower and turn washing into an intimate thing. It spares feelings and can actually add to the pleasure of the experience!
Granted, last time I was anywhere near a mimsy was about 9 months afer my conception; but I assume my method would work both ways?

Hopefully, they'll come to realise that relative cleanliness is a prerequisite, not an option.
