This is a question My sex misconceptions

Freddy Woo writes, "aged eight, a boy from my class told me everything these was to know about sex: male prostitutes are called destitutes and women use tampons to stop men sticking their willies up them. Also, women pee out their bums, something I didn't realise was wrong until I was about 18 and my first girlfriend looked at me aghast."

You make a lot of excellent points
And I think I'm pretty much with you on every one of them, except for the 'open relationship' thing - I have no problem whatsoever with people who have one, as long as everyone's happy, right? However, I don't think I could ever do it myself. I'm just not wired that way, if someone chooses me they should choose *only* me, and the other way around. Mistakes do of course happen and that doesn't necessarily mean it's the end of the world, but on a regular basis? No thanks.

Having said this, I fully agree on the lube. Every self respecting person should have at least three different sorts of lube! (And preferably also a variety of condoms)

Thanks!
And fair enough--polyamory isn't for everyone, although I think everybody should give it (and mutually-negotiated three-ways) a good hard thinking-over (oooh err!). Also, I definitely agree re. the lube. And don't be cheap with it either, folks--I believe the phrase is "too much is almost enough." (Although, as I said, a little of the silicone-based stuff goes a long way; just be sure you don't use it on silicone toys (which is all you ought to be using on someone special, right?).)

Oh, I've definitely given it some thought
I even read The Ethical Slut a while ago, but, nope. Not for me. At least not at this moment in my life ;-)

Kudos for you for doing so, though
I've found that it's excellent relationship advice, even if you're only schtupping one person at a time.
