Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

NooooooooCould you send her a message through the messaging thingy? You dont need to be friends and it won't show up in her newsfeed. Unless she's been told to make her profile so hardcore private, in which case you won't be able to message her, but it's worth a shot surely?
