Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

No prob.I can't get to it because YouTube is blocked here, as is flikr and other common sites. I could get around that with Axai's proxy, but I suspect that the sudden use of bandwidth would be noticed.
