Personally, last month a scantily clad young woman confused me with her fiance, with whom I share a first and last name. I'm still not sure she's noticed, but she's going to be mortified when she does.

I did...although my wife uses my Facebook as a way to show off the wedding pics (as I uploaded them for her before she had a profile). Other than that, it never gets used. My wife, on the other hand, could spend all night on the sodding site, as she giggles with glee when someone sends her the latest "Which My Little Pony Are You?" quiz, etc. I definitely think it's a girly thing...
