At camp a friend once sang:
On top of old smokey, all covered in blood,
I shot my poor teacher with a 42 slug.
I kicked at her body and she wasn't quite dead,
so I took a bazooka and blew off her head.
I went to her funeral. I went to her grave.
Everyone threw flowers but I threw a grenade.
There were more verses but I forgot them.
