Sandettie Light Vessel Automatic tells us: "My dad's friend told us there's no such thing as gravity - it's just the weight of air holding us down". Tell us of times you've been floored by abject stupidity. "Whenever I read the Daily Express" is not a valid answer.

"Why is she so dumb?"
Am I the only one who finds this an illogical way of asking the question?
As an explanation, my reply would be: A less well developed brain and/or an upbringing which didn't allow her to learn as much as she ought.

Pedantic as it may be
I do this all the time. I often find myself telling people they should be asking 'how' rather than 'why' (although this doesn't actually apply to this example).
/irrelevance
