A couple of stories
so i'll keep 'em short.
I once worked for an international commercial property consultants. One of our clients owned a lot of property in the centre of London. One of their tenants, a large banking orgaisation, hadn't paid their rent so i advised them I’d send the bailiffs in, as an option. They said, ok. So I called the tenant, and asked them to pay immediately and despite them advertising their disposition for saying the affirmative, they didn't, so I baillifed them the following lunchtime. They weren't happy.
BT = hamster felching fucktards
A few years bank, when I first discovered internet porn, but not broadband, I received a bill from BT demanding stupid amounts of money for internet calls. Now, I like internet porn, but not THAT much. I had been stung with an internet dialer, which was charging silly amounts of money and resulted in a bill in the hundreds of pounds.
I decided, like most people would, that I wasn’t going to pay, so I wrote to BT complaining about the bill. I won’t go into the details of the complaint, as it’s all a bit dull, but anyway BT said bollocks, pay up.
I wrote back to them advising them to go fuck themselves and that I wasn’t going to pay, on the grounds that this scam was clearly organised crime, probably funding terrorism, and that BT were acting illegally by knowingly profiting from crime.
I never paid, they never chased me, but I did read a few days later that BT were going to give all the profits from this scam to charity.
I have another regarding N Power, but it’s long and not too interesting, so I’ll just say: Direct Debit Indemnity. Know your rights and your bank’s legal obligations.

Tenant = "Large Banking Organisation"
.. that's just a guess, mind you.

*clickity* for the BT story
I hate BT with every inch of every one of their flacid members. Even when I'm dealing with another ISP, BT still manage to fuck me over.
But the first story... you worked for an international property company...you sent bailiffs in to a bank... doesn't that make you The Man? You were The Man fucking another Man. That's pretty gay.

i take your point
but in fairness to me, i'm not the man, and given the oportunity to fuck an orgaisation that happily fucks with an individual, to me is a win.

Well, it's true...
And I'm sure you are a nice chap... but every The Man out there is an organisation made of individuals just like you with consciences, every rule out there from the local council, government, Nike, McD's, police is ultimately enforced by a real person who may not believe in it but is forced to by The Man. You did what The Man told you to do and fucked another Man. Admittedly, due to structures and wages, you were essentially blackmailed in to doing it - The Man had a gun to your head and made you fuck another Man.
I hope you have the opportunity one day to fuck a Man without being a Man, and win :-)

again, you're right in what you say
but i should highlight that i was never told to bailiff the bank, i offered it as an option. I would like to think that i have enough moral consciousness not to find myself in a job that would put me in a position to do something i find offensive.
oh, i just remebered, i've rogered vodafone many, many times, to the point they were pretty much paying me to be their customer ;)

Virgin Media once tried to charge me over £400 for someone using my phone line to call an ISP for 10 days solid.
Too bad this happened when my phone line was disconnected (and had been for 10 weeks) and I was waiting for one of their engineers to come and fix it.
