This is a question Thrown away: The stuff you loved and lost.

Smash Wogan writes, "we all love our Mums, but we all know that Mums can be cunts, throwing out our carefully hoarded crap that we know is going to be worth millions some day."

What priceless junk have you lost because someone just threw it out?

Zero points for "all my porn". Unless it was particularly good porn...

been caught stealin'
My mammy threw away my Jane's Addiction "Ritual de lo Habitual" t-shirt. I loved that t-shirt. I wore it to loads of gigs, I wore it on nights out, I wore it in bed, I wore it wherever I could. But just because it featured a large image of papier-mâché naked people in a colourful threesome - which looked incredible fun - my mammy decided it wasn't appropriate to wear it when visiting my granny and wasn't even fit to be a duster. Bitch.

Nooooooo!
I am a massive band T shirt collector, I nearly have an OCD about it.

The best one was going to Job For A Cowboy, Black Dahlia and The Red Chord gig in Manchester.

I got asked lots of questions and was stared at in awe because I wore a Bolt Thrower T shirt, with the IVth Crusade album print.

Even had the T shirt dude offer to literally buy the shirt off my back.

The most highly prized are my Carcass and Death ones. I have original Carcass ones that have tour dates of places that don't exist anymore (London Marquee for example).

They get carefully hand washed, hung up in the bathroom to try and never get washed using the washing machine.

I really need help...

(oh, and top choice of band r.e. Janes Addiction)

Ritual de lo Habitual
What an amazingly cool album. I'm going to listen to it now.

"Here we go!"
