thinking "Fuck, what have I forgotten. I've forgotten something. Erm, wallet...phone...office keyfob...lunch...carkeys...CARKEYS!...FUCKING CARKEYS! I DON'T REMEMBER PICKING UP MY FUCKING CARKEYS!... Oh. Wait a sec..." ?

In fact I've gone so far as to turn the carkeys in the ignition while I am driving just to check that they really are there
