mmmwould it not be better to charge 50 quid for the baby predictor and simply include a small disclaimer at the bottom of the predictor instruction kit/terms and conditions that in effect the baby predictor kit is not guaranteed to be 100% effective, and an incorrect result voids any guarantees in place on the product at time of purchase, your consumer rights are unaffected.
