Or...You could fill your tank with bricks, a bit like the "Toilet Hippo" thing in the cistern. No matter how big your tank is, it will then cost a lot less to fill it.
(obviously you'd have to use teeny-tiny bricks to get them through the filler. I'm not stupid!)
