SoSo write it down. If it's anything important or there's an outside chance of needing it again. If it's a long word, FFS, try a letter a night until you've managed it all. "The yellow pills, you must know" is not good enough, sorry.
Perhaps I should try it myself though. It's a clear liquid I need, please. Couldn't be bothered to remember the name. Ah yes, insulin. Funny how easy to remember these hard words can get when your life depends on them.
