Not defending them but...I worked at Lush HQ for a while and some of me best mates still do (one is a room manager). The product itself is pretty good, all made by hand etc... but sounds like shop managers need to sort themseleves out! Probably should have complained to head office, but your story fully sucks!
I did walk in the Bristol store other day, staff were ok but they did pounce on me as I browsed the shevles. If you think the store smell is bad, the factory stinks the whole industrial estate out! erugh.
