An anaesthetist of my cquantaince once did a locum shift covering nights at the Royal London Homeopathy Hospital in Great Ormond Street.He was asked to never return after enquiring if, when attending a cardiac arrest, they had to designate someone on the scene to fill a bucket of water so that they could water down 1ml of adrenaline to a suitable strength.
