of celery and spiral staircasesit takes more calories to digest a stick of celery than are actually contained within it. so if you ate nothing but celery you would die of starvation... if the boredom didn't get you first...
oooh and spiral staircases always wind up clockwise. this is so that defenders of the castle could come down them and have their sword arm [ie their right arm] free to fight the attackers coming up. don't know what happened to left handed soldiers. perhaps they just got butchered.
