Peanut butter doesn't
have any butter in it.

Most of the time, it's just ground peanuts. Some brands have a bit of palm oil in them, and if so, might also have some sort of stabiliser to stop it seperating.

I used to make my own when I lived abroad, as it wasn't available. Just put peanuts in a blender for 10 minutes. If you want it crunchy, add a few crushed peanuts afterwards.
