Corrie Cat
Every time I watch Coronation Street with the boyfriend, I have to say "miaow" when I see the cat in the credits.

We tried a few times doing flapflapflap noises for the pigeons but it just wasn't the same.

Oddly...
I always used to say 'cat on a hot tin roof' when said cat appeared.

I do the exact same thing! I do it because the miaow sounds fake. My gf told me that they auditioned for the cat!

When I was little the start of Corrie meant it was bedtime
I was allowed to watch the opening credits to see the cat.
Once the cat had appears and I had shouted 'there 'tis' it was bedtime.
