play a game called Penises and Vaginas.

Very very similar to this except that the rule is that if you think you've won in the loudness section - you then have to yell"vagina!" at the top of your voice. If they can yell "penis" louder - then you lose.

I played this as just "Vaginas".

Where you just kept shouting vagina louder and louder until someone gave up or you were thrown out of the crematorium.
