Actually the guitar playing is innovative and not that bad at all.They are ruined by that gaylord on the mic though.

Yep.Tom Morello is easily one of the most original and inventive guitarists of the last...fuck it...ever. No-one approaches the guitar like he does, without sounding like they're trying to be him.
