I thinkif they ever wanted to be taken seriously as a band again, given their anti-establishment leanings, there was no way in hell they couldn't sing the "fuck you I won't do what you tell me".
It's completely logical when you think about it. The majority of people that buy their records are pseudo anarchists that claim "sell out" the minute a band appear in anything but the most badly produced fanzines. It was either swear on BBC radio, or never sell another record ever again.
