It's a parody...of a Tinchy Stryder song (Number 1), basically taking the mick out of how short Mr Stryder (And Dappy from N-Dubz) are, they're both played by the same guy (despite Tinchy being Negroid and Dappy being Caucasian) and is a good rip-off of the original but called 4 foot 1.
