My Wii broke
and I took it back to the Gamestation, only to be told that they weren't going to do anything as it was my fault and they could do me for fraud. :( But it wasn't my fault, I know it wasnt.

what broke on it?

It doesn't work on any TV.
Whereas yesterday it worked fine. I've emailed Nintendo.

Aww
No wonder you're sad. If you were using it for the purpose for which it was intended and following the instructions correctly, you have a right to a refund

Quite.
Write to their head office, explain that it went wrong for no reason, and also tell them that the employee in the shop threatened you with legal action (which he did, as he accused you of fraud).

[edit] and if you can, go back to the shop, and find out the employee's name.

His name was Chris.

Hmmm...
Even if you did break it, trying to get a replacement is not fraud, as you're not trying to defraud them out of any money - you don't stand to gain anything.

Unless, of course, you've taken all the insides out and are trying to return an empty case to them.

That's quite a good idea
You could put all the bits together inside a new, customised case and sell it on ebay as a 'woo'

Why wasn't that your first post?
Silly person.
