I liked that War album they did in er... 1983?
I don't think there are any bands that continue to make brilliant albums over 30 years

There are quite a few artists who manage it
Perhaps the problem is that it's easier to end up in a rut as a band, you keep reinforcing each other's habits.

The latest album is a triumph. I was dancing round the kitchen singing along as though I'd had it for years. Which in a way, I had.
