I really like Holidaying in Cornwall (If you could guarantee the weather)
It has just about everything, Big beaches, plenty of surfing, lots to do inland etc.
A few years ago my GF and I spent 2 weeks in the pissing rain, vowed never to go back again.

I'm off to Cornwall.
I bloody hope it's sunny but if it isn't it'll be jumpers and walking on the beach and nice pubs and that I guess, still pretty lovely.
