I must see if I can recreate the recipe. It was quite unusual to be honest- ridiculously hot but very more-ish.

Pretty sure
It's mainly green chillies and vinegar stuck in a pan and reduced, but there were a few spices in there as well. It was a family concern that was deliberately kept small but I'm damned if I can find any of their products any more- including in East Ham- guess they must have gone out of business.
