Yep, I still struggle to find shirts that fit.
If the chest and collar fit, the arms and body are too long.

Don't even get started on trying to find an off the peg suit that fits.

he's got a 17 inch neck and a 30 inch waist. Slim but a minotaur from the shoulders up, basically.

I'm not that bad!
16" neck, 40" chest and 32" waist. The real problem comes withthe leg measurement. I have tiny short legs, I spent so long looking for suits and shirts to fit that the last time I was in Thailand I splashed out and had a couple of suits made.

I can imagine, even more awkward than me!
If you ever do go out to South East Asia, get some shirts and suits made up, It is well worth the money. I paid about £250 for three handmade wool suits and 4 plain white cotton business shirts.
