Hot and sunny weather.
Hot weather makes it impossible to concentrate and coincides with my hayfever. Autumn and Spring are the best seasons by far.

the only thing wrong with hot weather is the "hot pillow"
where you end up rotating your pillow every ten minutes, as if somehow the otherside will be permenantly cooler. It's like resting your head on a kebab
