This is actually a very good idea.

IT IS
i am getting the jimbob a wicking tshirt, a camelbak, and two games for his brithday.

I got him a toolkit and socket set as SURPRISE presents but that was basically an impulse buy because i wanted an excuse to buy them
(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:23, archived)
Camelbaks are awesome.

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:23, archived)
all his friends have them and he goes mountain biking with them on exmoor with a big ole backpack and a 2l plastic bottle :(

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:24, archived)
I bet all his friends are allowed to stay up late and watch 18 rated films as well.

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:25, archived)
sometimes they are allowed out on a school night!

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:29, archived)
this one was significantly more but it is 3L and i bought it online because i never go to tesco and he goes riding for all day so needs plenty of fluids
and anyway he can always underfill it.
(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:32, archived)

I want to get him a cool multiknife/tool thingy
but only because I secretly want it. What's a camelbak?
(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:24, archived)
it's like a slimline backpack which you fill with water and there is a tube with a valve
it's for refreshment and hydration when cycling etc.
(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:25, archived)
That sounds ace.

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:26, archived)
it should stop him getting quite so sweaty. lol.

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:26, archived)
Does the tube fit to his winky
and refill the liquids compartment via a filter?

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:26, archived)

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:27, archived)
he needs a new game. they both got awesome reviews and i read up on them and i think he would enjoy both.

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:28, archived)
i didn't like mgs4 much
but it's ok because he is not me
(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:29, archived)
oh.
well he only needs to play it for a bit.

why didn't you like it?
(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:32, archived)
it's still a good present though, right?

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:36, archived)
i'm worried now.

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:36, archived)
It's a bloody good present
I know three people, counting myself who own it, and we all love it. I'm playing it for the 4th time now.
(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:37, archived)

ARE YOU A GOOD OR A BAD?

(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:32, archived)
you have to get special permission from the government to buy them though,
which involves a stringent psychological assessment as well as criminal background checks, and you have to arrange a time to do it so the police can escort you home with them.
(, Wed 10 Jun 2009, 12:23, archived)
It really is.
