Just before Christmas 2004 my girlfriend and I were waiting for bus - on the other side of the road we noticed a guy with 3 large holdalls. He was really odd and we wondered how he got to where he was with these bags. A few weeks later I got on a bus and the same guy was sitting in the front seats with the same 3 large holdalls. I felt so uncomfortable I got of the next stop. I though I might be over reacting and that the bags could contain pirate DVD's or something... Now I'm wondering if that day was a dry run?

but why don't you report it. It may be nothing, or it maybe a piece of the jigsaw puzzle.
