You're right, it's a bloody nightmare if you're working close together. I'm liking having to do nothing but emails at the moment, very relaxed, but I'm a BAD EMPLOYEE because I took on average five and a half minutes per call when we're aiming for between three and a half and four and a half :(((((

towards the end of my tenure, my average call time was about 40 minutes

I just kept blaming it on the ridiculous hold times trying to get through to the american teams

My excuse is usually something like I wasn't expecting the user not to know where the shift key is, or I didn't expect them not to know the difference between the monitor and the base unit
