Someone here (think it was Lu) mentioned a good book for giving up smoking.
If I remember rightly, it worked by making you believe there was nothing to give up because it was all shit.

This was pretty much why I gave up.
Round about 19, I thought, "Why am I doing this? It's costing me a fortune, and it's not even enjoyable", and ditched the habit overnight.
